Our Company
Equitech Corp was established on December 23, 2003 under the commonwealth of Puerto Rico law. It was incorporated by CPA Joel Martínez Rivera and his wife Mrs. Migdalia Ortiz Galarza. Mr. Martínez was for over 15 years the General Manager of a Puerto Rican investor that purchase on October 1998 Eugene L. Brown Company, were Mr. Martínez learned about the UPS market. After reviewing and visiting few UPS manufacturing companies he decided to work with TOSHIBA brand. During the search period Mr. Martínez was always consulting with Eng. Gómez-Nieto who has been in the UPS market for over 15 years. Both agree to establish this company together and work with the market with honesty, commitment to service and reliable products.
Our goals are to become the greatest provider of UPS (uninterruptible power system) for Puerto Rico, both on sales and service. We want our customer to receive the best treatment and service in our country. We expect this in the next five years. Both Mr. Martínez & Gómez-Nieto have commitment to them self to provide high quality service to our customer.
Our mission is to demonstrate Puerto Rico market that they have a new and real alternative of great service and products.
